WARRANTY STATEMENT

Any Firestik® or Road Pal® product that fails due to defects in workmanship and/or materials will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of the manufacturer, to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Warranty periods are as follows.

ANTENNAS, FIBERGLASS *** 5 YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
Applies to Firestik, Firestik II, Firefly, RoadPal, and all other fiberglass antennas.

ACCESSORIES, STAINLESS STEEL *** 2 YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
Applies to all stainless steel antenna mounts and accessories.

ALL OTHER ITEMS *** 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
Applies to wire whip antennas, non-stainless steel mounts and accessories, coaxial cables, speakers.

*** EXEMPTIONS ***

Damages caused by abuse, misuse, negligence (i.e. hitting overhead objects, improper installation) are considered to be avoidable circumstances and therefore, are not covered by this warranty. A written statement regarding non-warranty damage may be accessed by clicking here.

*** WARRANTY PROCESSING ***

End User
Take the product and receipt to the retail outlet where the product was originally purchased. We support an over the counter exchange procedure, but dealer participation is optional. If the location where the product was purchased is not readily available, the product may be returned directly to the factory. You pay shipping to us we pay shipping to you.

Retail Outlet
Retail outlets that have collected and/or exchanged products may return the defective product to their distributor, if purchased in this manner, or directly to the factory. The distributors have the right to establish their own procedures insofar as repair, replacement or credit is concerned. All product returned to the factory will be repaired or replaced with like merchandise. Retail outlets that process warranty claims have an obligation to inspect the product. If there is no damage, or if the damage does not fall within the boundaries of the manufacturers responsibility, the distributor and/or factory reserves the right to deny the warranty claim.

Distributor
Distributors that have collected and/or exchanged products from their dealers may return the defective product directly to the factory. The distributor is obligated to see that the dealer is processing warranty claims within the terms of the Firestik policies. The factory reserves the right to refuse all warranty claims that cannot be substantiated as falling under the terms of this warranty statement.
