Any and all Purchase Orders sent to Firestik Antenna Company, the Seller, that contain a link to, or refers to the terms and conditions found at www.termsandconditionssite.com , or any other third party provider, shall be immediately rejected in full. That being eliminated, any and all terms and conditions, as they apply to any Purchase Order made with the Seller must be negotiated between Buyer and Seller prior to the Sellers acceptance of the Purchase Order. Acceptance of any term or condition on a particular Purchase Order does not automatically extend those same terms and conditions to any subsequent Purchase Orders. Firestik Antenna Company reserves the rights to accept or reject any and all terms and conditions attached to any and all purchase order submissions. Dated Dec. 15, 2011
